# Parking brake hard to disengage and sounds like brakes rubbing

My parking brake is very hard to disengage. Looks like the light will stay on. I can hear brakes rubbing. Mileage is way down and it quickly goes to turtle mode.

Service or replace the cables and brake assemblies.

How do I go about servicing them. How do I access the brake cable on it.
