Can anyone confirm how many seats the North American version of the Outlander PHEV will have?
There is someone here that thinks it is only 5 seats, but I thought Mitsubishi said it was a 7 seat plug-in hybrid SUV?

The Mitsubishi website says 7 in the general wording but says nothing about seating in the EV wording…

According to Mitsubishi Japan it is only 5 seats in the Outlander PHEV and 7 in the internal combustion engine Outlander

Five makes more sense to me by looking at the design.
