Adjustable voltage current and turn-off point.
Set to 4.2V, 10A, \<.5a turns off

What batteries are you charging? 4.2volts seems high. I thought 3.5 was the top voltage.

Example was Chevy Volt 24s battery. Nissan Leaf are similar.
Generally turns off about 4.15v.
Also have LTO batteries with 2.8volt max.
I can program these for different chemistries.
