# Is Tesla making headway on its challenge to the dealership?

For some time now Tesla Motors has been challenging the status quo with regards to car dealerships and an effective ban on selling directly to customers. Progress certainly has been made but is anybody aware of the most recent developments in this case?

In the end they will partner with one of the offshore companies. I’m betting on Fiat
