# Is anyone using Regenerative Braking with a DC motor?

I guess it fell out of favor because of the added complexity and the limited amount of charge the batteries will actually take in a short amount of time. Now the idea is to use a bank of capacitors that will hold the large, fast charge produced and then discharge it as you accelerate from the light.

I was wondering what was involved to implement it.
