# I presume this member should be banned?

This member has just joined - I have banned him due to the inappropriate name.

I would say this is not really offensive, but borderline. I would probably asked them to change it prior to banning them.  
There should be a word censor that blocks unfit names.

I agree with LMT. I will add this to the blocked word filter which should stop this happening in the future. Rather than re-instate the account, I will remove it and ask the member to choose a new one that complies with the rules and filters.
