# How much would you spend on an electric vehicle?

At this moment in time there are various financial incentives available from governments around the world, but how much would you be willing to spend of your own money on an electric vehicle?

Depending on the vehicle, range etc. I would have to keep it under 35k U.S… Being a cheapskate my blanket answer is “as little as possible”!

I believe that Tesla are looking to bring out an affordable EV by 2017 for under $35,000?

I would like to see that. Hopefully with a bit more range. I have had no problems with the Leafs range now bur a little more for cushion would be welcome.
