613-00249 is the 10.35:1 Late 2004 manufacturing tag, yeah, this is that GEM “fast and loose” with the parts I mentioned. Or someone swapped it. The VIN sticker on the roof of the cab should have the date of manufacture on it somewhere. Be curious to find out that date. Controller is the T3 The motor sticker is the wiring. Would need to see the other sticker or other half of that sticker. Likely a short ge 5hp from the pictures. ---

Yeah, I get it. it’s not easy to drop another $2500 on a new Lithium battery but if taken care of properly it will be the last one you buy. The car will be lighter, peppier, and have double the range. Besides, you were saved from getting that 6 bank charger so it will be only like 1650 more. I’m not even sure where that beast would fit? Add a new set of styling bigger wheels and that car will get you up to ~33. ---

DO NOT GIVE UP THE DELTAQ DO NOT GO TO QUICK CHARGE. Your problem is you have 1 or more batteries with bad cell/s , DO THIS. charge the pack. note each battery voltage. Drive until cart slows down imwdiately read each battery you will have 1 or more reading only 10 volts thats the dud. ---

That was what I meant, I guess I should have said “check” rather than “test”. @Rcon already worked something out with LG by the time my side of the country got moving this morning, so I think everything is good there. Not that it would have made a difference, but I didn’t realize this wasn’t for a GEM. It’s a DIY self-driving lawnmower that he built and wrote the software for. It runs around like a roomba mulching the lawn automatically and even has a 320W solar panel on it for self-recharging. Sent me a couple photos, super cool, I literally have not looked at the lfp cells since George dropped them off and first time putting a meter on any of them was while I was on the phone Doug. Things have been 10-11 hours every day at work for a few weeks now between capex projects, OSHA and emergencies. Has George dropped the boxes back off yet? Or is he still out on the road? ---
