I have a Gem E 825. How do I remove the dash to get at the charger?

The grey dash is held into the bottom panel (the kick panel) by Velcro. Just grab it from inside the car and lift. The front of the dash is held on by three screws which you can access by lifting the hood if you want to completely remove it though I usually just use a bungee cord and the inside mirror to hold the dash up. The kick panel can then be removed by removing the three screws exposed when you lift the dash.

By the way Ride 4 Fun has a video of this procedure if you look at their website. It seems a bit “dodgy” but it works!
