Good afternoon, Just checking in. I’m a new/used owner of some 2004 Gem Cars. I’ll be looking for answers in the future. I have some running already. Step 1 will be researching for titles so I can register at least one car. Some of these were just passed around from place to place because of battery problems. I’d say they were donated to city/town/nonprofits. Any suggestions to get a title in hand and signed off from some previous owner. ---

If you are successful at doing that please give us detailed instructions. There are more than a few of us that would like to do the same thing. Rodney ---

Thanks I did a Title request with Mass DMV. It came back to the local city. I’ll ask them. These are 14 years old and need $1500 in batteries. Value wise it’s a big gamble for a buyer.
