# Gem Car - No Power

Just bought a used Gem e825. Was working fine until this afternoon. Despite having 60+% charge, it had NO power going up hills. Thought was going to have to get out and push. Went up the hills fine this AM when it had a 90+% charge. But not this PM. Does this mean the batteries are going out?
