# GEM 4 2020 Battery Problem

Hi,

I am from germany and bought a GEM 4 from 2020 with just 7km . At first I change the „old“ batterys. Now I installed a new battery pack. The Charger just load 2-3h with 20A. After losding the ODO Shows just around 30% Full and 7km Range ?! I don’t know what to do ! Pls help. In Germany there is no dealer-Support .
