# Ford think battery charger

Suddenly on my 2002 Ford Think my battery will not charge the batteries above 72 Volts. Normally I would see the battery charger put out as much as 80 volts now the highest is see is 72 volts. Does the cold weather have anything to do with it? Any answers? Is my battery charger going out?
