# Fiat Chrysler waits for feedback on Tesla Model 3

The CEO of Fiat Chrysler has been very vocal this week suggesting that his company will simply copy the concept of the Tesla Model 3 if it is anywhere near as successful as predicted. This begs the question, are many of the major traditional fuel car companies simply waiting to see if Tesla can crack the mass market before investing their own hard earned cash?
Is Tesla leading the way? Will it again be a case of second to market is the more successful and Tesla is left behind?

Is Tesla being set-up as the stool pigeon for everyone else? Will other EV companies pour money in once Tesla breaks the mass market? Or have they left it too late?
