Hi, I’m bobsmith and am in the process of converting a 37’ cabin cruiser I have a pair of Clark lift truck engines part number 2618355. I plan to run them as a pair with separate controllers. I know nothing about the engines. so any help will gratefully appreciated:)

I am also thinking of doing my very first e-boat project. I am also thinking of turning it into a hybrid like an amphibian that will run on purely electricity. I hope that a lot of people comment on this to help us both in what we want to do. So far, I visited several stores to know how much will it cost and my estimates are around 3000 USD.
