# Error code question

I have a G3 Tipper by GEM…I am getting an error code…39 Main Circuit Breaker Did not close…  
The rectifying action is to “retrain the key switch”…

I can’t find out how to do this action…“retrain the key switch”

Can anyone help me?

Good afternoon - This is not made by the GEM that most of us are familier with. However some of our members may recognize it and may be able to help you. Did you try shutting off the main switch for 10 minutes. Some controllers reset by doing this. Do you know the make and model of your controller?
