# Charging problem on my g-wizz

I have an 05 plate g-wizz  
New batteries but can’t get a charge to get out of the orange on the level meter, only about 20/25%  
I have charged every battery individually to a full state but when I turn the car on the level meter will show about 30/40% of a charge  
Can anyone shed any light on charging problem  
I did read one article about the charger timing out before a full charge but wouldn’t know where to look for this
