# BYD sells 25 eBus electric buses in Los Angeles

Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer BYD has confirmed the sale of 25 eBus electric buses to the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transit Authority. While the company is struggling to find a foothold in the US electric car market, it seems that innovation and environmentally friendly travel in the public sector is very firmly on the agenda.
