# Best New Tires for 21" Original Size Chrysler Gem E825?

Hi All!
The 21" original tires on my 2002 E825 Gem are coming to the end of their days.
Does anyone have any recommendations of what and where to buy new tires? I have hub caps and original rims on them so won’t need to buy new rims, only tire is fine by me.

All 99-04 GEMs are badged as “e825”, it’s the descriptor after that which tells you what the vehicle is. 2-seat, shortback, longback, 4-seat, narrow…
Stock size for a 2002 is 165/70R12 (21.1" tall)
I always had good luck with the Nanking 155/80R12 tires. While there is a slight size difference, they are a smidge taller at 21.8" and a bit narrower, it’s probably not enough to make a difference. The Nanking tires just seemed to hold up better on my 02 longback (2seat with the 5’ or 6’ bed) for whatever reason.
