As most of you are aware, there are quite a number of people on this Forum that were scammed by James Morrison/EV Components last summer when he took orders, pre-payment, and failed to deliver batteries or refunds to more than 20 people. Worse yet, there is now ample proof that James has been re-selling this inventory (against Court Injunction since July 2010) directly to individuals thru websites, forums, ebay, AND re-selling through a few less than ethical resellers who bought batches of these batteries despite knowledge of their tainted source and status of being under injunction. At this time I have only information on CALB cells that were supposed to be frozen, but I hope to also have lists of Headway and Thundersky cells that are supposed to be held pending resolution of this case, but have been sold. I would urge any buyers of CALB cells at this time to check their serial numbers and reply if you have any matches where and when you bought the cell(s) between July 2010, and now so that we can identify the re-sellers that may be dragged into the case to recover our assets… thanks, CALB only serial numbers… 40ah cells 60 ah cells 100 ah cells 1003376 10041435 1003466 100166 10041471 1003480 100167 10041484 1003482 1001113 10041534 1003501 1001157 10041716 1003517 1001198 10042306 1003524 1001206 10042359 1003531 1001214 10042364 1003618 1001268 10042400 1003629 1001286 10042411 1003657 1001302 10042415 1003968 1001349 10042416 1003997 1001364 10021286 1001370 10031090 1001393 10031098 1001475 10031105 1001482 10031110 1001513 10031114 1001534 10031115 1001580 10031116 1001648 10031119 1001776 10031120 1001778 10031132 10011090 10031137 10011130 10031143 10031163 10031166 10031167 10031169 10031182 10031183 10031192 10031193 10031195 10031222 10031226 10031231 10031242 10031243 10031245 10031246 10031249 10031250 10031251 10031254 10031256 10031263 10031264 10031265 10031266 10031268 10031269 10031274 10031275 10031276 10031277 10031278 10031279 10031284 10031288 10031292 10031294 10031296 10031297 10031298 10031304 10031305 10031306 10031313 10031314 10031315 10031317 10031320 10031322 10031323 10031325 10031327 10031329 10031330 10031333 10031335 10031337 10031340 10031342 10031345 10031346 10031347 10031348 10031349 10031350 10031352 10031355 10031356 10031365 10031367 10031369 10031370 10031374 10031375 10031378 10031379 10031380 10031381 10031382 10031384 10031385 10031387 10031390 10031392 10031393 10031395 10031398 10031401 10031406 10031409 10031413 10031414 10031419 10031426 10031429 10031430 10031432 10031433 10031436 10031444 10031446 10031447 10031449 10031450 10031453 10031454 10031455 10031456 10031457 10031466 10031469 10031476 10031478 10031479 10031480 10031483 10031484 10031485 10031486 10031489 10031491 10031494 10031498 10031499 10031501 10031503 10031506 10031508 10031514 10031521 10031523 10031524 10031525 10031530 10031533 10031535 10031537 10031540 10031541 10031542 10031544 10031546 10031547 10031548 10031550 10031552 10031557 10031579 10031581 10031584 10031589 10031591 10031592 10031593 10031600 10031615 10031616 10031620 10031626 10031628 10031629 10031633 10031635 10031637 10031641 10031653
