# Battery Winter Storage

I am starting to convert a motorcycle using lithium ion but I was concerned about winter storage. I have read to discharge them to I believe it was 40% before long term storage. At the same time I’ve read performance deteriorates if they just sit so would I just have to cycle them 1-2 times a month?
