# 3 phase timer for charging station

Hi

I have a “stupid” charging station.

I want to have the ability to set timer.

I found out that there are 3 phase timers which support up to 40kWh.

The idea is to place the timer between the charging station circuit breaker and the charging station power supply cable.

My question is if anybody knows if this allowed by charging station vendors

Might be better to ask that to the charging starion vendors you are considering.
