# 2023 gem menu reset

I have been reading some posts about gems as I have a responsibility to keep a few of these fabulous vehicles running around the clock as tran7sportation for Drs., Nurses, and clients at a VA Hospital. I had read a little abo After being fully charged in a2023 Gem e6 and driving around for about 2hrs.i can’t write in this what am I doing wrong  
Long story short and blind. The car quit reset battery value at 100 percent and now I’m jacked
