The speedometer is alive!!!

2022 E4. With Lithium Pack and new speed controller with speed limiter removed.
Doing 37mph with stock gears, Stock motor (6.5kW) and stock 16” wheels.

Still work in progress, speedo still has some glitches but so far I’m happy with the results.
Been working together with @Inwo in this project for a while.

My 2020 2e has Rodney’s upgraded tranny along with the OEM extended batteries. Readily gets to 34MPH but immediately stops increasing in speed upon the OEM speedo reaching 25MPH and invoking the “governor control” limitation. I get the feeling there’s another potential 1-2 MPH lurking in the background. Do you offer programming alternatives that would bypass the OEM limitations? If so, will that entail transporting the GEM to your location?

Speedbx will unlock it electronically up to 35 mph on flat with with oem gears. Hills or Weak batts will affect the top speed, The best way to determine if you will get any increase is to see your speedometer. If it’s getting up to 25mph and Stop accelerating that means you’re hitting the factory programmed limit and it can be increased. However if the speedometer stops at 20 mph or so (anything slower than 24mph) that means your bottle neck is somewhere else and speedbx won’t help.
