hey all! i got code 520230 31 and all fuses are good but not getting power to the postive plug on the power steering. i got power to the Relay but not coming out. i tried a new relay and nothing. has anyone had problems like this?

Side note the 3 Fuses in the wheel well were corroded and i clean them up and replace the fuses
