Hello!

I’ve got a 2018 Gem E6 that was running great until a few weeks ago. I’m currently stuck in the garage with a car that has no response when turning the key. Additionally, no response from plugging in the charger either. I do have a flashing red light on the charger. I’ve charged all batteries individually where they each read 6+ volts, but still nothing illuminating on the instrument cluster when I turn the key. No stereo or accessories. Batteries are original. All fuses seem to be in good working order.

Any thoughts or suggestions on what to troubleshoot next?

Thank you in advance!

I am no GEM expert, but aren’t those batteries supposed to be 12v each?

12v aux battery needs charging. Usually located under dash.

After it’s working, meter 12v battery. Voltage should rise with the key on. If not, dc-dc converter/charger has bad connection or has failed.
