# 2016 + Glove Box Key

Does anyone have two new body GEMs and could check to see if the dash glove box key works the same in both?

Just got a nice 2022 E4 and I’m happy I received two ignition keys but annoyed that I didn’t get a key to lock the glove box.

Wondering if they are all the same across the board.

If they are not, anyone have a source for a replacement key?

I wouldnt be suprised if they are the same. @Derrick and i have found that the door keys for our eM1400s are the same…

I’ve had 5 GEMs from 2016 to 2024. All the keys for the doors, trunks, and glove boxes have been the same exact key. Ignition keys have been different.
