# 2015 GEM e4 not topping off anymore

I have a new 2015 GEM e4 and it has just recently been showing one or two bars on the fuel gauge to be already used as soon as I unplug the car (after being plugged in for a week). Does this mean my gel batteries, which only have 11months of wear on them, are already losing the ability to fully charge?

If it’s a 2015 it’s under warranty. Hit your Dealer with the problem. Gel Batteries should be good for 7+ years…
