# 2014 GEM Power Issues

we have a 2014 GEM flatbed cart. after a full night’s charge, with the battery meter reading full, it will suddenly drop down into the red and lose power while driving it. also, the batteries are Les Schwab 31-950’s and it is not readily apparent how to open them to check the water. any help?
