# 2013 Gem el xd charger

Hi - looking for help 🤪

Delta Q charger will not power up.

Dc to Dc converter working.

Pack voltage at 79 volts  
Charged each battery separately.

Turtle Mode on - have tried leaving key on and shutting off main contactor

Can the Delta Q charger be bad with the Dc to DC converter working ?

Yes, charger and dc-dc are independent.  
No boot up leds on charger?  
Are you 100% sure ac power is getting to the short pigtail at the charger?

Thank you / I will test and try a new power cord to the charger this weekend.

Currently, no boot up leds on the charger.
