hi David contacted me viia Facebook… I don’t have an answer… can you help… please

Hi, I’m a polaris dealer and I bought a 2013 GEM e4 at an auction. The unit won’t go forward or backward and the wrench icon is lit on the dash. I’m looking for the cable to plug in digital wrench and can’t find it anywhere. I’m assuming it is there somewhere, do you know? Also, do you have any idea what the problem may be? Thanks, David
