Everything is there except the motor - Batteries seem to charge well and electrical system functioning otherwise- AGMs installed 2018. Curtis 1238-6501 Controller Delta Q Charger 912-7200-M1 Bed has a scissor lift built in, but they hydraulic power unit it missing for it. Got it at govt auction not knowing motor was missing. Was going to upgrade my Gem with motor and controller. I don’t have much use for the truck otherwise and just don’t need another project right now. ---
