# 2009 gem cart e4

Getting error code 15. Tinker with it then started getting error code 6 and 11. Now getting error code 15 again. Can anyone help?

Low voltage…

6 & 11 are user errors. Switch positions!

New batteries and all show good voltage and hold well under load. Any other things I should try or look into

15 is low voltage when key is turned on.  
Check at pin 1 of controller. If over 68v and error 15, I don’t know.  
Some have found odd errors if key switch is bad.
