Pot needs to be calibrated. Less than one volt at idle. 5v typical. Switch comes in before 1.5v, from memory. Wot should be near 4v.
Best to test near controller to be sure wiring is ok.

**Pedal Diagram**

As Inwo suggests:
Check V on the wiper pin at the pedal when you press pedal (ref B-) and see if it takes a dive or inconsistent or varies properly when pedal goes through it’s cycle. It should read about .8 pedal up and near 4v pedal down.

If voltages check out ok coming out of pedal, I would look for a bad connection between the pedal and controller or bad contact/loose pin on the controller. Special attention to P7. Bad connect on this pin would make the controller think you lifted the pedal. Not set a code.

If volt takes a dive, Check P8 and P9. Normally, these would set a -21 code tho.

Ok, I will try to look into this more later today, thank you.

Can you edit that with t1 pin numbers?

Ok….so to update everyone….feel like a complete ■■■■■. Checked pedal when I got home and adjusted to proper specs. While testing pedal and checking wiring I got a spark out of the contractor. At this point figured had nothing to lose so took apart contractor to check….a bug of some sort had decided to make the one side of the contractor his home, I still really don’t understand how I was able to get proper voltage readings out of contractor, but once I cleaned all of those contacts and tested everything is working properly. I truly appreciate everyone’s help to get through this one, probably would have given up if it wasn’t for the tips, information and help I recorded through the way.

No pics of squished offending bug?

Believe it or not, I don’t think you are the first. I seem to remember someone else having a bug in the MC causing issues. (link posted below)

I have no idea why your car did not set a **Code-57** → Controller “motor current sensor” input is too low during running.

Sorry no pics of bug, I honestly didn’t think anything of it when I took it apart, figured there was no way that was going to resolve the issue.
