# 2002 GEM E825 to buy or not to buy?

Good evening all, I have been looking at a GEM and plan on going to take a look at it and give it a test drive. I wanted to ask you guys what you thought a fair price would be and what to look for. I don’t have a lot of info on it but it does appear to have had custom work. It has new acid battery’s snd a clean title. Also a new controller and looks to have a lift.
