# 2002 E825 not charging

I recently bought a used 2002 E825 and for 2 weeks had no issues charging it. Two days ago I plugged it in and the charger (Zivan) would not start. I get no indicator light and the 6 batteries (SLA) are sitting at 12.46-12.48 volts each. Reading other blogs I thought it might be the fuse; but still not charging after replacing the old fuse. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

what is the voltage you see at the charger?

120v. coming in to the charger.
