# 2000 GEM  e825 electrical short issue

Hello,  
I have an issue with GEM, was in the process of installing a 12 volt switch to hook up an accessory and ended up shorting out the switch on the frame. ooops…

Anyway its driving me crazy as done the following:

checked all the fuses in the “firewall”  
swapped the upgraded dc to dc converter again  
replaced the relay that sits above the the dc to dc converter

the batteries are charging and I currently have 72volts the green led flashes  
when I power on the main switch under the seat the lcd screen shows my hours (I think) for a second or two and the goes blank

Ive looked at the manual and its really mentions nothing that I can see in regards to the process

Any ideas?? thx in advance
