# 2000 Gem -23 Error

I have a 2000 Gem that I charged the batteries up and could only drive a very short distance before getting a -11 and -15 error. I cleaned the pedal and tested the batteries and found two bad. However one popped one of its tops off when I turned the master switch back on after testing. Not sure why.

I replaced the batteries and am now getting a -23 error in both forward and reverse. The cart will not move at all now. Did the controller die when that battery popped?

Anything else I can check or do?
