Hey guys,

My friend has a uni project and we were thinking on doing an EV. He will be getting around $10G’s and wanted to know what would be the best battery and motor combo to use.

Ive been looking at [this](http://www.evmotors.com.au/products/x91.html) motor because well, its powerful lol. Our main concern is what battery to use.

We want to use a battery that is easy to maintain, lasts for a ages and is environmentally friendly.

The car we are planning to use would probably be a 4 seater with around 1300Kg curb weight ( once ICE stuff is gone, it should drop the weight down by a bit ) and would like to be able to get at least a 60K range and hit speeds of 100Kph

You think 10G’s is enough to pull this off ?
