# 02 red wrench light on solid

2002 gem e825 ran fine when I parked it. Went to use it the next day and it won’t move no relay pulling in and even without turning the key on the dash is lit with a red wrench light on solid and a 04 light on. I jumped the parking brake switch out and it still did nothing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Mike.
